Objectives: To review the Draft GEF-IWCAM Communications Planning Guide; to develop a Communications and PEO Strategy for IWCAM; to provide guidance to Participating Countries and Demonstration Project representatives on dealing effectively with the media; and to introduce regional media to IWCAM and promotional materials.
