- Global Environment Facility
- The GEF is financing this and many other relevant projects.
- Caribbean Environmental Health Institute (CEHI)
- CEHI, as co-Executing Agency, is hosting the Project Coordinating Unit
- Secretariat to the Cartagena Convention
- UNEP Caribbean Environment Programme, acting as Secretariat to the Cartagena Convention, is the lead Executing Agency
- United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
- The UNDP is one of the two Co-Implementing Agencies for the IWCAM Project
- Caribbean Community Secretariat (CARICOM)
- CARICOM will be key to advancing policy recommendations and garnering political support. They will remain an important organisation to the success of the project
- The Global Programme of Action for the Protection of the Marine Environment from Land-Based Activities (GPA)
- The Global Programme of Action for the Protection of the Marine Environment from Land-Based Activities is supporting IWCAM
- Institute of Marine Affairs (IMA)
- The Institute of Marine Affairs of Trinidad & Tobago, particularly in its role as Regional Activity Centre for the Protocol on Land-based Sources of Marine Pollution, will be a key agency to work with in addressing land based sources of marine pollution.
- Organisation of American States (OAS)
- The OAS, through its Office for Sustainable Development & Environment, was instrumental in developing the IWCAM and is involved in leading development of Integrated Water Resources Management Plans. Their work will be relevant and every effort to collaborate with the OAS will be made
- White Water to Blue Water (WW2BW)
- The WW2BW initiative is supportive of and complementary to the IWCAM.
- Water Center for Humid Tropics of Latin America & the Caribbean (CATHALAC)
- CATHALAC is very involved in relevant programmes and there are plans to work with this Centre in aspects of the IWCAM project
- National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
- NOAA is supporting the preparation of National Programmes of Action in support of the GPA. IWCAM will work with NOAA in these efforts
- Caribbean Natural Resources Institute (CANARI)
- The IWCAM project will build on work done by CANARI and work along with CANARI and its partners
- Caribbean Conservation Association (CCA)
- The CCA is involved in activities complementary to IWCAM. It is expected that close collaboration will take place between these entities
- Coral Cay Conservation (CCC)
- CCC will be significantly involved in the demonstration projects, through co-financing and in-kind support
